Nutating disc meters are direct volume meters. The measuring principle is suitable for measuring liquids up to a viscosity of 500 mPas. The measuring chamber with the nutating disc, locking device and transmission magnet is one unit; it is completely inserted into the meter housing. A filter at the inlet of the meter protects the measuring chamber from particals in the liquid.

Nutating disc, (wobbling disc) are direct volume meters. A complete movement of the nutating disc corresponds to a defined volume. The number of movements of the nutating disc is transmitted to the assembled register/electronic by a magnetic coupling.
